It has a 15 perforations by 70mm frame, and produces a larger projected image than other formats.

History

IMAX 1570 film has been used in purpose-built theaters and dome theaters. However, the high construction and maintenance costs of these installations led to the introduction of the IMAX SR and MPX systems. 

IMAX 1570 필름은 IMAX 전용 극장과 돔 극장에서 사용되었습니다. 그러나 높은 건설 및 유지 비용으로 인해 IMAX SR 및 MPX 시스템이 도입되었습니다.
