Pain Begets Pain.
Yesterday @tgconceptart released his masterful piece of horizontal storytelling showcasing METAL GEAR SOLID’s cycle of pain.
Today, my second collaboration with the great @eliantelias is a vertical piece showing that same twisted evolution.
Both of these artists are legends I would not have encountered if not for MGS.

@voteroberts was kind enough to let me into his amazing collaboration effort with some incredible artists. I’m truly honoured to officially contribute to my favourite franchise of all time. This painting wouldn’t have existed if I hadn’t seen Yoji Shinkawa’s character art in the MGS booklet years ago - “you can draw for video games huh?!”
This piece is a crazy one! I tried to keep things faithful and give my rendition of snake - somewhere between the original art and the face from the games.

원작 게임 판권 가진 제작사, 게임 제작자랑 사이가 완전히 틀어져서... 시리즈가 붕 떠버렸죠.
